Membership Options:

To compete as a Masters athlete you have two membership options:
​
Option 1 : Join as an ANZ Competitive Member (Join a club of your choice and no need to let us know)
Option 2 : Join through AMA
​
You do not need to join both options; only one is required to be a member and compete.
We recommend option 1 as this gives you full access to all competitions and offers additional club benefits.

Option 1 Join a Registered Club in your area: Full ANZ Competitive Member – ($0 Covered by your ANZ Club Membership fee)

Eligible to compete in the following:

North and South Island Champs
-
NZ Masters National Championships
-
Oceania and world Masters
-
Indoor National Champs
-
All Auckland Athletics Senior / Masters combined events (Auckland Masters events are now hosted and run by Auckland Athletics)

Option 2: AMA Membership (Limited Membership ($60)

Eligible to compete in the following:

North and South Island Champs
-
NZ Masters National Championships
-
Oceania masters and world Masters
-
Indoor National Champs​

Note: AMA members can’t compete in Auckland Athletics hosted Senior / Masters combined events at this stage and will need to join a club to compete in these (Option 1).
