Due to the re configuration of the Sports Hall the meeting will run over 2 days.

Entry Fees: NZMA/ANZ/CENTRE MEMBERS:
Note: ANZ club members need to be financial 2018/2019 paid up at the time of entry
NZMA fee plus first event $15.00. Each additional event @ $3.00.
[The three 50m races count as one event]
Age Group winners only will receive a certificate,
50m sprints certificates will be awarded to the athletes who have the fastest time over the three rounds in each their the age groups.
Saturday: Shot Put M30+ W30+
Pole Vault M30+ W30+
Pole Vault – Normal rules apply. If the officials deem that an athlete is a danger to him/herself then they will be withdrawn from of the competition.
Sunday: 50-meter Sprints M30+ W30+ [Electronic timing] 3 lanes- 3 races.
50-meter Hurdle sprints M30+ W30+ [Electronic timing] 3 lanes. 1 race only
High Jump; Long Jump; Triple Jump M30+W30+
Jumps: Long and Triple Jumps and Shot Put each athlete will be allowed 6 attempts.
High Jump – Normal rules apply.
OUTDOOR: Hammer Throw; Weight Throw – 6 attempts
Warming up in the sports hall may take place BUT must not interfere with any of the events the outside track is available for use. 50 Meter sprints: Each athlete will have three rounds – round 1 men and women will run separately in age groups where possible, if insufficient number in any age group they maybe amalgamated with another age group. Rounds 2 and 3: Men and Women will be combined and seeded based on their times NOT age group from round 1.
Sprint seedings: 30/40 minutes after the round, times and seeding for the next round will be posted.
It would be appreciated if athletes competing in the jumps events would put in their run-up marks before the commencement of their events, this will help run the meeting to time
